we ended up fixing the initial problem that you came in to repair and we did not have to spend the $3200 to flush our refrigerant. We would've loved to give you the work, but we did not want to pay an extra fee, we did not need

They are very professional in every way, and their whole meaning is that they will go above and beyond to make sure that the customer is taken care of properly. Juan did a great job with the service and he was very responsive to the customers needs.

Alejandro was very thorough with my tune up for my ac unit. When I asked how everything was working he explained exact numbers of how components are functioning. I am very pleased with the service.

Extremely satisfied with services. Service Technician Anthony responded to my residence and quickly diagnosed the problem to my A/C unit, which was leaking water. Anthony clearly explained the problem to me and provided a detailed explanation on how to fix the issue. Anthony made it easy for me to decide on what course of action to take. Anthony was courteous, knowledgeable, professional, and efficient in making the necessary repairs. I would definitely recommend him and would welcome him back for any future services.

I want to say thank you comfort pro they installed a new unit and duct work almost 6 years ago and a surveyor checking my panel saw something he thought was wrong comfort pro came out and fixed it no charge that shows me how much they care about doing things that's right. They could have charged me and didn't they are reasonable and caring to do the right thing. I highly recommend them and i give them all the appreciation and I hope all the success and blessings thank u again I will use them for services in future for sure

On time and Efficient. Informative and friendly. It was quite a process. I had to work with my insurance company and the Comfort Pro company and it was lengthy, but in the end it all worked out and I will use this company again. Communication is key in what ever you do.

Tech was very professional, arrived on time, and he explained what he found wrong. He fixed the problem and he even checked my airfilters, he told me to change them every 3 months because I live near dusty area. Very please with him and his work.

Anthony was great to work with. He explained what he was doing and how he was going to diagnose our issue. Turns out our ECM motor is pretty much dead. Quote sent to our home insurance for their review and approval.
Juan was my technician and he was great! On time for our first appointment and early for the second! He was fast, kind, and professional! Once my part came in for my heater he had it up and running again in no time at all!

Easy and quick
Excellent, prompt service. Sergio was very knowledgeable in His field of expertise. Very Pleasant. Experience.
I’ve dealt with this company on two separate occasions and both times they arrived. They did their job and they left but this last time I shouldn’t of had to call them because they didn’t hook something back up the first time which caused me to have to pay an additional service fee to have them come out for something I shouldn’t of had to. The staff is very friendly. They called and explained everything still doesn’t change the issue.
Service man was very professional. He was receptive to my questions and explained all the work he performed and explained what the problem was. Friendly and respectful.
Anthony was very knowledgable and quick with his assessment. This made the whole process very smooth and efficient!
I don’t know what to do because the tech gave me his opinion about the heater on the roof!!’ He can’t do anything more at this time!!! Have a 93 year old aunt in the home need a good heating system!!! On the rooftop!!’
Very thorough
Anthony was knowledgeable and efficient.
They never answer the phone which can make scheduling drag on for weeks and leaves us in the dark about what is happening. The project with them was extremely frustrating.

We had two different technicians because parts had to be ordered. I feel like we got very knowledgeable technicians. Our unit is older and I’m so happy that they were able to find us a part . They also responded quickly in getting our initial service call and again when the part came in .
