Almost 3 months later, still without ac, and now winter is around the corner. I was sent here to by my home insurance and has been a headache from the beginning. My elderly parents went all summer with no Ac, had to buy window coolers, and get hotels. Because this company hires people who are not even putting the work orders in. They don't answer their business phones they blame this person, that reason. Everything but fixing the ac. Would easily give 0 stars for the lack of communication, no getting the problem fixed.

Ever since the first day I had any dealings with Comfort Pro it has been a very positive experience. They were so helpful and supportiveMy a/c went down during some of the hottest days of the heat wave. I had some problems with my warranty company being slow to act but Comfort Pro was responsive almost immediately. They worked tirelessly to meet my needs and resolve the problem. Did not solve the problem. Said insurance does not cover the problem we’re having with unit making noise. It’s the same noise it was making before a new part was installed but not as loud.

I was assigned to Comfort Pro through my home warranty. In the almost 2 months since the problem began there have been 4 different technicians out here. All 4 of which have seen a different problem with my AC. Each of the technicians "fixes" the problem, assures me there is nothing else wrong, and then leaves only for the unit to stop working again in a couple days. At this point we are getting back up into the 100s and I have not had a working AC unit since early July. The summers here are NO JOKE. I am having to spend extra money running my in window AC unit and a BUNCH of fans just to keep myself and my pets alive.

great company, very thorough and professional. Another company before them had "diagnosed" the issue and wanted 3x the price. However the original company was wrong, in addition to not helping me. Comfort pro quickly found the issue, explained it well to me, did not upcharge me and fixed the issue completely. Great company, great prices- they work to resolve your issue, not sell you things at an upcharge. Will definitely be going with them for all future HVAC occurrences.

I have elderly parents and their air went out on a Friday night. The predicted temp on Saturday was 106. I called Comfort Pro Heating and Cooling Saturday morning not expecting the service we received. Richard answered the phone and Anthony was on the job by the afternoon. Unbelievable! Two years ago Comfort pro installed our Lennox Ac unit. Last summer it was better than our old unit but this year we started having problems. They sent out a technician and checked the unit but less than a week later the unit started having problems again. So we called comfort pro back and they sent a new technician, Rick. He checked the unit and knew that something just wasn't right so he said he would talk to the company and see if there was anything else he could do. So they sent him out again a few days later and he decided to check the attic and quickly found the problem! Rick went above and beyond and didn't just give it a quick once over and pass the problem to someone else. As of right now the unit is working so much better and hopefully it will not have any issues from this day on. Thank you, Rick.

My AC unit is still leaking water
