Improving Fresno Home’s Indoor Air Quality

Did not solve the problem. Said insurance does not cover the problem we’re having with unit making noise. It’s the same noise it was making before a new part was installed but not as loud.

I was assigned to Comfort Pro through my home warranty. In the almost 2 months since the problem began there have been 4 different technicians out here. All 4 of which have seen a different problem with my AC. Each of the technicians "fixes" the problem, assures me there is nothing else wrong, and then leaves only for the unit to stop working again in a couple days. At this point we are getting back up into the 100s and I have not had a working AC unit since early July. The summers here are NO JOKE. I am having to spend extra money running my in window AC unit and a BUNCH of fans just to keep myself and my pets alive.

Alejandro did a fantastic job and diagnosed the unit accordingly. He ordered the parts and installed them in a timely manner. I appreciate his work ethic and kindness. Thank you,

The technician was very friendly and did a great job. It took awhile to get everything done but not the technician fault everything had to be approved by the home warranty company and parts had to be order.

Tech was very professional, arrived on time, and he explained what he found wrong. He fixed the problem and he even checked my airfilters, he told me to change them every 3 months because I live near dusty area. Very please with him and his work.

Anthony was very detailed in his work. He also had strong communication skills. After assessment, he clearly explained all the problems with HVAC and then the steps he was doing to repair/resolve issues.

Juan Sanches was very professional and did a great job servicing our unite, our dog also escaped and he helped bring her back.

great company, very thorough and professional. Another company before them had "diagnosed" the issue and wanted 3x the price. However the original company was wrong, in addition to not helping me. Comfort pro quickly found the issue, explained it well to me, did not upcharge me and fixed the issue completely. Great company, great prices- they work to resolve your issue, not sell you things at an upcharge. Will definitely be going with them for all future HVAC occurrences.

Evidently their techs don’t know how to drive. They’ll nearly hit you and then flip YOU off. Whole thing is on dash cam bud. Truck CP-105.

I have elderly parents and their air went out on a Friday night. The predicted temp on Saturday was 106. I called Comfort Pro Heating and Cooling Saturday morning not expecting the service we received. Richard answered the phone and Anthony was on the job by the afternoon. Unbelievable! He had the part they needed on the truck. He was able to repair unit and get them cooling down and they received a 10% Senior discount! Thank you Comfort Pro for taking care of our family.

Two years ago Comfort pro installed our Lennox Ac unit. Last summer it was better than our old unit but this year we started having problems. They sent out a technician and checked the unit but less than a week later the unit started having problems again. So we called comfort pro back and they sent a new technician, Rick. He checked the unit and knew that something just wasn't right so he said he would talk to the company and see if there was anything else he could do. So they sent him out again a few days later and he decided to check the attic and quickly found the problem! Rick went above and beyond and didn't just give it a quick once over and pass the problem to someone else. As of right now the unit is working so much better and hopefully it will not have any issues from this day on. Thank you, Rick.

I am extremely happy with the service I received from Comfort Pro. They are friendly, quick to respond and very knowledgeable! They diagnosed my AC issue right away, offered me options for the repair/replacement and made the whole process seamless. I had a whole new system installed within 1 business day of diagnosing. The techs were respectful and worked with a smile. I recommend Comfort Pro to anyone who needs service!

The repair was quick, which meant the service representative was very knowledgeable, and knew right away what the problem was. Also for 35 more dollars than what the repair would’ve cost, I was able to join their membership and that includes two more free repair visits.

Anthony was amazing. He provided great and professional service. He explained everything did a thorough Job. What would have took him a 3 day job he completed in 1 - 2 hours. This was great because he showed he cared for our situation. Having babies in this hot house has been miserable and Anthony did an outstanding job. So excited to have cool air again.
