I want to say thank you comfort pro they installed a new unit and duct work almost 6 years ago and a surveyor checking my panel saw something he thought was wrong comfort pro came out and fixed it no charge that shows me how much they care about doing things that's right. Tech was very professional, arrived on time, and he explained what he found wrong. He fixed the problem and he even checked my airfilters, he told me to change them every 3 months because I live near dusty area. Very please with him and his work.

Anthony was great to work with. He explained what he was doing and how he was going to diagnose our issue. Turns out our ECM motor is pretty much dead. Quote sent to our home insurance for their review and approval.
Juan was my technician and he was great! On time for our first appointment and early for the second! He was fast, kind, and professional! Once my part came in for my heater he had it up and running again in no time at all!

Easy and quick
Excellent, prompt service. Sergio was very knowledgeable in His field of expertise. Very Pleasant. Experience.
I’ve dealt with this company on two separate occasions and both times they arrived. They did their job and they left but this last time I shouldn’t of had to call them because they didn’t hook something back up the first time which caused me to have to pay an additional service fee to have them come out for something I shouldn’t of had to. The staff is very friendly. They called and explained everything still doesn’t change the issue.
Service man was very professional. He was receptive to my questions and explained all the work he performed and explained what the problem was. Friendly and respectful.
Anthony was very knowledgable and quick with his assessment. This made the whole process very smooth and efficient!

Anthony was knowledgeable and efficient.
They never answer the phone which can make scheduling drag on for weeks and leaves us in the dark about what is happening. The project with them was extremely frustrating.
We had two different technicians because parts had to be ordered. I feel like we got very knowledgeable technicians. Our unit is older and I’m so happy that they were able to find us a part . They also responded quickly in getting our initial service call and again when the part came in .
The technician Anthony Barrera explained everything he was doing. He answered all our questions. He was very professional.

Extremely satisfied with services. Service Technician Anthony responded to my residence and quickly diagnosed the problem to my A/C unit, which was leaking water. Anthony clearly explained the problem to me and provided a detailed explanation on how to fix the issue. Anthony made it easy for me to decide on what course of action to take. Almost 3 months later, still without ac, and now winter is around the corner. I was sent here by my home insurance and has been a headache from the beginning. My elderly parents went all summer with no Ac, had to buy window coolers, and get hotels. Because this company hires people who are not even putting the work orders in. They don't answer their business phones they blame this person, that reason. Everything but fixing the ac. Would easily give 0 stars for the lack of communication, no getting the problem fixed.

They were so helpful and supportiveMy a/c went down during some of the hottest days of the heat wave.
